I'm bored. Help.

Still in the midst of LJ week. Heh. Really slack. Haven't finished all my work yet. Even though I've already been given two weeks to do them. Hahah, slack.

Received an email regarding the Perth meet entries. I'm darn happy. Can win a lot a lot of medals.

One reason is, that I'm racing against the Primary sixes!
Another is, that all my competitors are going to Philipines, not Perth. Lol. Only Liwen is going Perth. Ah wells.

Was ranked number 1 for 50 and 100 free. And I didn't put my PB for seed time! Yay! I just hope the people there don't get faster xP

Ranked 3rd for 50 fly. [Like, OMG OMG] I'm not even a fly-er, HELLO?! And i haven't done fly in AGES. Like, WHOAH. Cool huh?

3rd for 100 back, with Liwen ranked 2nd. But I beat her for SNAG by 2secs. So if both of us do the same timing as SNAG, I should be able to get 2nd. O_O

6th for IM. No surprise. Not an IM-er and it's OPEN CAT. Hahah. Racing against all the 15 and 16 year olds. Not bad, not bad.

50m back I'm ranked 4th! But if i do my PB and the others do their seed time, I'll be 2nd! Yay! [Pray hard, Alyssa]

I'm number 8 for 100m fly! Whoots! I mean, IM NOT LAST. Yeah man. So happy. I never do 100 fly for big comp before. It'll be my first time in Perth. HAHAHAH.

Number 6 for 200m free. But if i do PB and the others do seed time, once again, I'll be SECOND. Hahah. Yaah lah very easy to win in Perth meet laah. Hahah. Oh, did i mention that 200m free is OPEN CAT?

Yup, that's all for the events I'm taking for the Perth meet. Heehee. I think it's gonna be an enjoyable one :P

Aaah.. Finally. Time to post again.

Last weekday of the holiday. Apparently i wouldn't even call this a holiday. Ok maybe i would be i'd call it a lousy holiday. I didn't really get to enjoy myself in any way this "holiday". Sighs :/ And my homework is so not completed yet. Like, what the hell.

Nevermind. Still have one more week to slack. Learning journey week next week. But if you think about it, it wouldn't be so slack because if i'm not in school then i'll be training.

Tell me that sucks.

I haven't done my tuition homework yettt! The stupid review. Aaargh how the hell are you supposed to do a review? I don't even know how to write a review. Like, ok if writing a review were as simple as scribbling rubbish on a piece of paper or blogging, then i wouldn't even need to think.

Philo journal.. Hmm. I think i'll just try to squeeze it in sometime during learning journey week. Yeahh man. Still have plenty of time to slack. Before the serious things start.

Sadly, i didn't qualify for SEA age for any events. Boohoo. Just not my year? Maybe.

The requirement was that we had to come in top 2 of our age group. This is the qualification for category A. This means that you won't have to pay for the package and stuff. Singapore will pay for you. Yaah. Means you get to go overseas and you'll get cool arena comp bags and costumes and tracksuits FREE OF CHARGE.

Which explains why it's so hard to qualify. O_O

But the worse thing was, my age group was 11-12 years old. Means that i was racing against the P6s this year. BOOHOO. I had a higher chance of qualifying, but i blew it. Hahah. Came in 4th in double age. MISSED IT BY TWO POSITIONS. Hahahah. How sad.

Nevermind. I'll try again next year. Or i'll just try to qualify for Asian Age this year. Using singapore open. Yaah. But it's in Jarkata and the pool at Jarkata is gross. The water is like black and you can't even see your five fingers in the pool. Lol.

Hokay! I think i've wasted enough time blogging (: Time to do my review for this newspaper article for english tuition. I hope i don't screw it. Hahah.

Oh. And on a random note, among all the one-to-one conversations i've had with John, my head coach, i think the most recent one i had with him is the most memorable one.

"Alyssa, you've done well in SNAG and i'm happy for you. I'm very sure that by this time next year, you'll be the top swimmer of your age group. I've talked to Herbert, and i'm very confident that you'll be a very good swimmer. Now, you've proven in SNAG that you belong in the centre of excellence. So, i'm sure you'll be able to go further PROVIDED that you do the hard work. It's not going to come easily, but it'll be worth it."

Whenever i was severely demoralised and felt like giving up, it was these little chats that i've had with him that make me straighten out my thoughts and feelings. I've learnt a lot from him, and herbert. I have to thank them so much for everything they've done for me. Thank you (:

Swim carn has just been made compulsory by the principal.
School starts as usual at 7am and ends at 12.40pm.
Swim carn commences almost immediately after school.
And ends at 5pm.

HOW THE FREAKING HELL DO YOU PEOPLE EXPECT US, SWIMMERS, TO HAVE ENOUGH REST FOR SNAG!?
