Training this morning was horrible! The more I swim, the harder it is to sprint. Phroarrrr ): I was holding 32secs for 50 free today and the fastest I could go was 31.6! That's so sad huh. Nevermind I still have Sunday + Monday before my comp starts so I better pick up speed during those 2 days.

Also, I found out that a couple of people aren't going to Nationals because something happened ): Maddie's not going cause she dislocated her shoulder and has to go for an operation (or something like that, I'm not sure of the whole story). Jeff's not going either because he injured his foot during camp. Apparently that's the reason why Gary was so angry that he wouldn't talk to us yesterday. Yikes. And my darling Valerie won't be going for Nationals until 3 years later because she's too young! That's utterly ridiculous, considering that her 50 back is 33secs (MADNESS FOR SOMEONE 3 YEARS YOUNGER THAN ME!) and many of her other strokes and crazily fast too. I'm gonna miss her bubbly smile and laughter hahahah.

Hmm I'm going out to buy snacks for my trip later in the afternoon.. And I'm glad to say I'm almost done with my packing! Just have to put in my training gear, snacks, phone + ipod + camera + phone charger + ipod charger + camera charger, slippers, shoes and finally my cap and goggles :D

Uh, okay I don't know what else to say now. I'd probably post again later tonight when I'm fully prepared [:
