I walked to school today. Yes, can you believe it. I
WALKED. Dad couldn't fetch me to school because we had late start at 9.20am, and he had something on at 8.30am. Stupid late starts gyah! I swear, I have never walked further in my entire life. I think it was even further than walking from Plaza Sing to Suntec which I did a couple of years back (with my darling Aliciatan and Amandayim). Ohman I never want to walk to school again. It took me 40mins to walk. Imagine how far it was.
I finally made up my mind about my Year 11 options. I have to have 6 subjects.
English and
Math are compulsory, so that makes it 2. Then I'm taking Advancing Science which is made up of
Biology,
Chemistry,
Investigating Human Biology and Beyond and
Physics. That's 4 sciences, but I'm studying 2 sciences in each of the half year semesters so that's 2 subjects. So far I have 4. There were still 2 more subjects I have to choose.
My options were: Drama, Music, Photography, Visual Art,
Writing for Publication, French, German, Japanese, Latin, Te Reo Maori, Te Reo Rangatira,
Accounting,
Economics,
Geography,
History,
Computer Studies,
Design Technology,
Food Technology,
Graphics,
Information Management,
Practical Hospitality,
Textiles and Design,
Learning Skills.
I could choose those in
BOLD, since they didn't require any prerequisites.. My options came down to 5: Graphics, Design Tech, Food Tech, Geog, History.
I wanted very much to take Graphics again, but Year 10 Graphics was
recommended, so it wouldn't be very good if I joined it in Year 11. That's out.

I wanted something that would help in my future career (Dentistry, Law, Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pilot, Veterinary Science etc.) and since neither of my goal careers had anything to do with design/food..

History, to my horror. Now it's like there isn't a difference in coming here or being in Singapore. I'm still learning those 2 subjects. ROFL.
Just hope I don't regret it.
I got my club shirt and caps today! (: Training was okay. Could've been better especially for the kick set. Legs were dead after walking to school today -.- Finished my homework during lunch time in school today so I guess tonight I can watch tv again wheeee :D
