Okay we have two more weeks of training before our break starts on 16 December. So, next week we'll have only 9 sessions, then the week after we'll only have 8. Because it's not too good to keep training 10 sessions then suddenly stop. So when do you all want your sessions off?

Next week we choose friday morning off. Then next next week we choose monday afternoon and friday morning off.

Uncle Auyeong:
Oh okay. Make sure you all remind each other, I know some of you are the ultimate blur king. Like tzeyang! I know he's damn blur. Yesterday I messaged him, "Tmr training as usual." Then you know what he reply? "Usual what time?"

Everyone:
HAHAHAHAHA.

Uncle Auyeong:
So, tzeyang! Next week, what session do we have off?

Tzeyang:
Uhhh, Monday afternoon and Friday afternoon.

Uncle Auyeong:
WRONG!

Everyone:

Eh what happened to Illyas ah.. Why hasn't he been training?

Me:
I don't know, maybe he's on holiday, like Daryl.

Scott:
Or maybe you just can't see him right now..

By the way, diamond push ups are bloody hard and tiring to do!
