No training this morning.
He gave us off because he had a 200 time trial for Ting & Kang.
If Tingwen made 2.06.5 for her time trial while Tzekang made 2.08 for his timetrial, he said that we could all have morning training off.

He then looked at Ting & Kang and said, "You wanted stress? I'll give you stress!"
Wow, that was a smart way to stress people out during a time trial :P

So we all gathered at the side of the pool (As John instructed) and we were supposed to cheer Ting & Kang on like we've never cheered before. Well in the end they made the times. Ting swam 2.04.9 while Kang did a 2.06.

Something's wrong with those two people too. LOL. How in the world can they be so fastttt ):

So now I'm just blogging here cause I don't wanna update tonight.
