my 95th post; FIVE MORE TO REACH HUNDRED!

my sister has already reached her 100th post. im lagging behind her.
hurhur. and for a moment i thought i was a more frequent blogger than her.
[ i still think i am. i just don't understand how she reached 100 before me!! xDD ]

i went back for training yesterday. FINALLY.
however the set wasn't quite what i expected it to be.
HEART RATE SET.
24x100 Freestyle on 1.40.
Take HR @ 3,6,12,15,18,21 and 24.

but of course, kind-hearted Herbert let me off and i just swam 24x100 free without having to take heart rates and timings. hehheh. so shiok.

this morning's training was supposedly hard for me larhh.

600 Free 1.10 pace
400 Free 1.15 pace
200 Free 1.25 pace

THREE SETS OF THAT.
but the girls had fins larhh. and zhen ren and aaron too. [ i think ]

not that i wanted to swim that set but i was ready to swim it.
then Herbert called me and told me to go to lane 8 with Illys and Daryl and swim :

10x300 Free
- 5m u/w kick
- breathe 3s
- 1st and last stroke no breathe

YAYYE! i was like thinking, " phew. a close shave from death."
hahaha. xDD

after training christel and eve took me out for breakfast at mcdonalds opposite the pool.
WE MET ILLYS THERE. OMG.
but we hardly exchanged words. at all.
he just seemed pretty quiet most of the time.
christel tried talking to him. but he didn't respond.
weird.

hahas. now NAG and JAG are combined.
so the new meet is called SNAG - Singapore National Age Group.

MY CHANCE TO QUALIFY FOR SEA AGE 2007!
that's my next target meet.
hoping to qualify for maybe 100m free because i know that i have barely a chance to qualify for 50m free.
but im aiming to qualify for other events too, maybe.
ok maybe i just shouldn't raise my hopes too high. xDD

im boredddd.
