Zack and Cody are cute and I am addicted to the show -.- My cable finally got installed today so I have almost all the channels! I managed to catch the highlights of Aus Open Tennis men's finals! I didn't mind Djo winning but Tsonga didn't deserve to lose that way! ):< He made a lot of stupid errors gyahh.

Training this morning was better than usual. My 200 free is getting better. Swam 2.28 this morning (: Am satisfied although I swim in a three-laps-make-a-hundred-metres pool. It's been a long time since I swam below 2.30. Despite that, I'm still very doubtful about my performance in Nationals in March. I just have this feeling that I won't do well. And I took like one event per day, which sounds crazy but I think I'll survive it.

Five events in total: 50m 100m 200m 400m free + 50m back.

Zomg my first time taking 400m free I am damn nervous about it, because the qualifying time is like exactly my training PB, and I can't guarantee that I'll swim a training PB. Let alone a comp PB. Another problem is, I DON'T KNOW HOW THE HELL TO SWIM A 400M FREE FOR A RACE! I'm not sure if I should start fast, or start slow, or kick moderately from the beginning, or only kick hard at the last 200m, or breathe doubles, or breathe triples, or do underwater fly kicks, or don't do them. ARGH the idea of 400m free freaks me out cause I've never swam anything above 200m before. DAMN LONG DISTANCES.

If I make 28.80 for 50 free or 1.01.80 for 100 free or 2.13.00 for 200 free or 4.40.00 for 400 free, I'll be going for Olympic trials a few weeks after Nationals @ Christchurch. Okay I am starting to put too much pressure on myself. I think I should take a chill pill and just.. Chill.

1.27pm. I feel like watching more tv now. So long :D
