Online now at 2.05pm here but then I forgot that everyone has to be at school for House Practice and CCA Trials today (or so I'm told by Tan Liying who had happened to be online at 8.30am in the morning) so I guess I'll give a short post before I go back to the apartment to watch the finals for Aus Open Tennis and then back here for Msn :D

Firstly, SCHOOL.
Okay, so the uniform thingo didn't turn out toooooo bad, because I was kinda mistaken. There's only TWO uniforms - Summer uniform & Winter uniform. I don't know why but I'm starting to appreciate the RGS uniform now. Heh. I look very very very very extremely weird in my new uniform. My shoes will be BLACK and LEATHER so that's gonna make it weirder. Great -.- I also have to wear high socks. Damn it.

I also filled up that freaking thick with so many rubbish things to fill up stack of forms and there was this STUDENT PROFILE form where I had to write stuff about myself (Wtf!?) Anyway boy, am I glad that I am almost done with all the filling up (: Interview sometime around next week and believe it or not, MATH TEST ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR ME WTF. Gotta start picking up my books again before my eyes pop out at the questions...

I have to take the standard number of subjects (how many that is, I can't remember) but I know I have to take up 2 more additional subjects - Technology & Arts. Technology is compulsory, but I can choose what I want to take up for Arts. There were many many options like German, French, Japanese, Latin, Maori, Business studies, Food technology, Graphics, Core art, Music and a few more (I think). Some subjects like French & Japanese & most of the languages except for German needed Year 9 prerequisites so I couldn't choose them.

Had to put three options because of availability of spaces for each class. Graphics was my first choice. It's some sort of designing class, but different from Textiles which is like home econs. Second choice was FOOD TECHNOLOGY. I have no idea why I ended up with that option so don't ask me. My last choice was the worst. Business studies. Omg I feel like an idiot lah -.- If I end up taking that class I have a really bad feeling that I'll regret it. Pfft.

Secondly, TRAINING.
Training's okay I guess. I swam sprinters set on Friday morning. Yay (: Funny thing is, I swam with only one other girl - Julia, whom everyone calls Jules - and she is a long distance swimmer who swims 1500m and 800m free kind-of-events. I was damn shocked like why the hell was she doing a sprinters set? And she told me her reaction time used to be 1.5seconds hahah D:

It's been pretty quiet down at the pool since almost everyone is at Counties Champs. Training this morning started at 7.15am instead of the usual 6am :D And it was at Lloyd Esmore Park and the pool there is an ordinary 25m indoor heated swimming pool and guess what? It was freaking nice and clean! Whee :D Morning training consisted of only 3 swimmers and lasted 1h 45min, ending at 9am. Was easy cause we were just doing drills (:

Doing breakfast with Horst on Monday (I think) or some other day but I'm pretty sure it'll be next week, cause we have to discuss what I'm going to swim and how I'm going to swim in Nationals in Christchurch because Horst doesn't know what the procedures are for an overseas swimmer like me. So now I don't know what club I'm representing for Nationals. Gyah.

Thirdly, AUS OPEN TENNIS.
OMG OMG OMG. I couldn't believe it. Nadal LOST! Hahah! I'm so happy. He actually lost to an unseeded guy called Tsonga and mind you, Tsonga plays good tennis. So for now the world number two is knocked out during the semi finals!

Last night I watched only the first set of Federer vs Djokovic. Damn this morning I found out that Federer lost! So that means the world number one is knocked out too. That leaves Djokovic and Tsonga for the finals LATER! :D I am so going to watch it. I have a feeling Djokovic will win and I don't mind because I think he deserves to win.

For the women's side, Sharapova thrased Jankovic in straight sets during semifinals and went smoothtly to the finals! :D Hantuchova and Ivanovic, on the other hand, fought through 3 sets and Ivanovic emerged victorious :D After getting owned 6-0 in the first set, she came back and won Hantuchova in the next two sets. Whee. World number 4 and 5 compete in the finals tonight later. Interesting match :D

Okay I don't know what else to post now. My supposedly "short post" has turned into a very long one. Damn, if only I could write essays as easily and efficiently as I post -.- And I realised I just missed The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. URGH ):<
