5 January 2008, Saturday
Watched 4 movies on the plane – The Game Plan, Heartbreak Kid, Nanny Diaries and Balls of Fury. Game plan was nice (: Enjoyed it a lot. Heartbreak kid wasn’t so bad, just that it was quite sick and the girl is just so disgusting. No wonder it’s R21 ROFL. A lot of people say that Nanny Diaries is nice but why didn’t I find it so? Hmm. It was quite boring and the storyline sucked. No conflict, no resolution. Watched Balls of Fury before but I still kept giggling at the funny scenes. Hee.

I didn’t sleep on the plane at all but I’m not tired at all. Oh well. That was all I did for today. Goodbye.

6 January 2008, Sunday
It is currently 8.52 in the morning in Singapore, but 1.52 in the afternoon here in Auckland. Damn, this sucks. I miss everyone already. The airport is quite nice but personally Singapore’s airport is the best (: Yup. Anyway Auckland is really nice. It’s summer right now but the temperature is quite low compared to Singapore. It’s like 21 degrees Celsius here (: It seems pretty sunny but the wind’s really strong! Very nice weather here.

Scenery is lovely too. All the houses on the hilltops, blooming flowers and bushes and trees, clear blue sky… Damn it’s beautiful! If Singapore were like that too I wouldn’t leave in the first place hahah! Right now I’m here in the apartment that I’m staying at temporarily for about 3 weeks. It’s really cool. You get this remote control to open the gate to the carpark and the carpark goes all the way up to 4th floor! Imagine that. Usually in apartments in Singapore, it’s either basement carpark or open carpark. But it actually goes up to 4th floor here! Hahah! Yeah and we also need keys to operate the lifts. Quite troublesome but yeah cool experience. Building’s really old on the outside but the inside’s really nice. Big and empty LOL. Sorry no pictures because I can’t be bothered to take any… I feel like messaging people now but it’ll be really expensive and my dad will literally murder me if I do. Bleah.

Sorry I haven’t been updating my blog/going online for the past few days. Dad took away the internet at home, I didn’t get the chance to use the computer at the airport, I was on the plane to Auckland, and now I’m at the apartment where there isn’t internet -.- It sucks big time. I want to email you guys but I can’t. Hope you guys are doing fine in Singapore. I’m bored to death here. I think I’ll hit the books or look around the neighbourhood…

Amandayim! I’ve read your letter and it’s freaking awesome! Love your creativity, and of course, you! (: I want to talk to you so I’ll try to catch you online whenever I can! :D Other people too, just too many names. Wish everyone was here with me right now. It would make life a lot better.

7 January 2008, Monday
Auckland is starting to suck big time. No, actually it doesn’t suck at all. Environment is a lot better than Singapore, but I wish I weren’t so lonely… It’s only the 2nd day I’ve spent in Auckland and I feel like dying already. I can’t sms because it’s expensive. I can call but there are some people I can’t talk to over the phone. I think you know who you are. Still don’t have internet. Went to an internet café today at around 9pm but no one I wanted to talk to was online. I’m 5 hours ahead, so when I was online at 9pm it was only 4pm in Singapore. People are training, so how could I talk to them!? Unless I can get internet at 12 midnight or anytime later than that, it doesn’t really matter whether I have internet…

Went to the “Orchard Road” of Auckland today. It is so quiet that I think even Katong is more crowded. Basically all the shops were closed at like 6pm so I didn’t get any chance to go window shopping. Walking in the streets of Auckland in the evening is lovely, just that you’re missing. Everyone is.

My dad caught me crying at 3am in the morning. I couldn’t sleep. He cried when he saw me crying. He told me to stay strong because he needed all of our support )’:

9 January 2008, Wednesday
House hunting today! (: Was fun, will go and view one more house tmr.

Went to Horst’s club today. The pool was 33 and 1/3m long. Which is one-third of 100m. Weird! Operations are like how it is in COE, so I guess it won’t be so bad. Age group nationals in New Zealand are in March at Christchurch! Oh my goodness. It is around the same time as Singapore National Age Group! And I get to go to Christchurch. I can’t believe it. I am so going to train hard to make it to SEA Age because I want to see everyone in Singapore and that is my first chance. I am going to grab it hard (:<

10 January 2008, Thursday
House hunting again today, and we clinched the deal! Okay not us, but the owners of the house did. We said yes to the house (: It was really nice okay! I’m gonna like life here. I will make sure of that.

I still miss my friends very very much but I don’t think I’ll cry over them anymore. I’m slowly adjusting to life here, and that’s a good sign. I’ve started training at the swim club now (damn, I still can’t spell or pronounce the word right…) and training isn’t that bad, just that I’ve been so unfit that I get tired so easily! Argh! It sucks but the people there are really friendly. My coach’s name is Horst and he’s pretty much like John just that he’s younger and more handsome. Don’t get jealous, John (: There’s an assistant coach too, from China. His name is Sam, I think. He resembles Herbert a lot. But Herbert will always be Herbert so I guess Sam can never replace him. Deep down inside I still miss Herbert loads L

I made new friends today. Okay fine, not really. But I talked a bit to a few of them. There was this guy who was really friendly. He was the one who talked to me the most. He only started talking to me because I whacked his head while plunging. Hey not my fault okay I slipped! :P Gonna train again tmr, hopefully I can know each one of them better.

Will be moving to my new house soon and that means you guys can mail and chat with me online! How fun. Still miss you guys loads. Rented a DVD so I shall watch it now. Goodnight (:

Today
Shopped for whiteware (such as fridges and washing machines) and furniture as well for the house. Swam 7749m because Sir Edmund Hillary died yesterday and Horst wanted us to swim in memory of him. Even the set was designed like we were climbing a mountain. It sucked like hell. Damn it. Must train again on Monday morning. Arghhh..

Okay that's all I don't wanna blog anymore I'm damn tired I'll check out my facebook and talk to people on Msn since I can. Goodbye.
