it's kind of scary how you just find yourself staring at the computer screen,
with exactly nothing to do, except mapling.
then when you're mapling halfway you just suddenly log out of the game. even though you don't want to.
then you find out that the game server has some problem.
you sigh and sigh. your friend is in the same predicament as you.
so both of you go on msn messenger to chat with each other.
y'all tried the msn games, chatting bout stuff...
nothing seemed to kill the boredom.
you log into blogger.com.
you post... then you find yourself with nothing to do anymore.
you've watched every single episode of "full house" dvd.
you've watched "high school musical".
your sister isn't home to entertain you.
you don't have "john tucker must die" dvd.
you're absolutely bored.
you're sick of the computer screen,
sick of the television,
sick of how your life's so boring.
sick of living.

ever wished that everything wasn't about you?
after exams pple rush over to your side,
and ask you, "how much did you get?"
if your results are good, you smile happily and tell them.
when they get higher, they say, "OH. i got this this this.."
then you get 110% depressed. for the whole day.
this brings your mood down.
at home you throw tantrums for no apparent reason.
everyone gets affected because of your mood.
when no one's home, you do whatever you like.
steal stuff from the kitchen to eat,
watch any channel on television,
play any computer game you want.

exam period is arriving,
parents go out. they tell you to study.
they leave the house, you make sure the car has left the carpark.
you run to the living room, slump onto the sofa, and switch on the telly.
half an hour before they come back, you off the telly and pretend to study.
they are back home and they don't suspect you of doing anything wrong.
you act angelic, but inside, you're not.

when you don't have freedom, you want it so badly.
when you've got it, you feel that there wasn't even a need for freedom in the first place.
